Magnet · Banksy - Love Rat

Love Rat is the most romantic of the rats Banksy left on London's streets in the early 2000s; in 2004 the motif was also released as a limited-edition print. In Banksy's work, rats stand for the overlooked, unwanted and yet omnipresent inhabitants of the city. Here the little rat, spray can in hand, stands in front of a big red heart it has just sprayed on the wall. The contrast between the black stencil figure and the bright red heart tells us that love can blossom even in the unnoticed corners of the city. Banksy's sharp humor turns soft here and becomes a warm declaration of love.

A charming reminder for everyone who looked for Banksy's rats at the exhibition.

A little gift for your partner, your flatmate or for a housewarming.
