Poster · Banksy - Peeking Kids

Peeking Kids shows the playful, nostalgic side of street art. A rusty sheet of corrugated metal becomes an improvised shower curtain. Behind it, a woman is showering, her silhouette formed from droplet patterns. The edge of the sheet is bent slightly, and two little boys in short trousers and old-fashioned clothes peek curiously through the gap; one holds a toy boat in his hand. Rusty metal tones, black-and-white stencil figures and the secret tension of the scene turn childish mischief into an anecdote that brings a smile.

A cheerful reminder for everyone who couldn't walk past this scene at the exhibition without a smile. And for everyone seeing the motif here for the first time, a warm-hearted example of how well street art can tell stories.

In landscape format, it brings character and a story to the living room, the home bar or the guest room. A conversation starter for art lovers with a sense of humour and nostalgia!
