Shipping costs
All prices and shipping costs are in euros and include statutory VAT. You can always see the exact shipping costs for your order at checkout before you place it.

Free shipping is only available for deliveries to Germany and to the countries in the “European Union” zone.

Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is stated for the respective item, the following delivery times apply from conclusion of the contract:
- Germany: approx. 4 working days
- All other delivery countries: the delivery time depends on the destination country. Feel free to write to us and we will tell you the expected delivery time for your country.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will send everything to you in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. These are not charged by us and are to be borne by you.
